Returns and Refunds

Every attempt has been made to give a complete and accurate description of each item offered for sale. If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen, we will gladly accept returns on the provision that we are notified within 48 hours of receipt of the item(s) either by contacting She Shines by email at info@sheshines.com.au or by telephone 0418164086.

We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt. You are responsible for return shipping. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Your refund or exchange will be mailed within 24 hours of our receipt of the item(s).

Incorrectly supplied products will be corrected and re-shipped by She Shines. She Shines cannot accept returns of items damaged after your receipt due to breakage, distortion, loss of beads or other parts, or by attempts to clean items using improper methods.
